Indeed! I just wish between school and stories, I had time for art. I have three unfinished pieces sitting in my folders that I want to color, but I just don't have time right now to sit down and do them.

I'm really big into the pulp-version of the Shadow myself, though I still love all incarnations!

The Shadow is a small community on DA from what I can tell, but he is definitely a represented character!

Yeah, we've got some of the radio shows, and they're fun but kind of goofy. The pulp version is a much better and more complex character.

He's hard to find, I guess. Maybe I don't know how to search. 'Shadow' by itself gives me all these shadow Sonic the hedgehog pictures. :/

He he, the shows are cheesy, but classic. I tend to listen just so I can hear the famous voices of Shadows past, but some times the stories aren't too bad. I just love how all the authors behind the name of Maxwell Grant, particularly Walt Gibson, really crafted these stories into nothing short of masterpieces of mystery!

The best way to look for The Shadow on DA is by his aliases. Try typing "Kent Allard" or "Lamont Cranston" into your search instead and you'll find the Shadow art you're looking for.

I just did a "Walter Gibson" search as well, and turned up a number of your pieces. I should add that term to some of mine as well, I think they're missing it!

Most Shadow pieces tend to go under the "Lamont Cranston" tag, just because that's one of his more well known monikers, but if you get the chance to read some of the later novels (anything "The Shadow Unmasks" or later) you might turn up the name "Kent Allard". I usually tag mine as both just as a sort of catch-all.

If anyone has read any of the later Shadow stories they're just as likely to search for Allard as they are Cranston. Using both in your description would help draw more people to your pieces for sure!
