Well, you can actually change it. I did it, although you'll have to send a support ticket with the problem. And they'll respond though email and if you do check your birthday setting and if you see that you can edit it they set it. I had to^^

 Could you draw: crossdressingpanda.deviantart.…  (The places where the stitches meet the skin are a lot more bloody to be honest)

I know it is not a full body but here are some pictures to explain what she is wearing:
She wears an old farm dress that looks alot like this one: s26.photobucket.com/user/jcang…  
It is dull, torn, and some points bloody / also dirty.
She wears socks like these: ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I…
But not as white as she only wears socks. 

She also uses a butchers / any knife, to cut the skin off her victims to cover the rotting pieces of her skin. :3
