Did you know that Raditz reincarnates in Dragonwarrior 8, he's the abbot's head security official.
And he is in Yugioh GX, he's the Ra individual (yellow shirt) that is best friends with Jaden, Bastion. Of course he's not Jaden's best best friend, but he ties in there pretty close.
You can tell he's the same person, by being quite merciless and quite tactical. It's the basic foundation of his identity.
