I know you probably get this a lot, I swear I'm your greatest fan. I loved your illustrations in the German editions of WoF.

Ich finds immer spanned Leute die tatsächlich was veröffentlichen hier auf deviantart zu finden
Ziemlich schade das man solche Sachen fast nie im Museum sieht, obwohl die viel mehr Können erfordern als moderne Kunst...

Hi,
I'm John, head of TORMAG, a free Star Wars: The Old Republic themed magazine ( www.tormag.net )
Would it be OK with you, if we added this [link] piece of art in our next issue of TORMAG? We would also like to include your artist name, web URL and perhaps a text about the art (how it came to be, how you did or something like that).
I hope to hear from you soon,
Regards,
John

Hallo

Tut mir wirklich leid.
PS: Vielen Dank!

Update*
It's pretty challenging, I've never seen anything like it before.
So it's original, so a simple yes or no will suffice. Usually most artists ignore stuff like this. I hope you're different.

Before you read this, the description below, is a rough imagination, not everything has to be exactly like it is on the list below, feel free to alter what you wish. Serious stuff only.

Player - Cho Durin
TOR Forum Handle - Ambiguous
Character Info
Age - Unknown, but is considered a senior to his people.
Sex - Male
Species - Kel Dorian
Appearance -
Facial Structure, Appearance, and Misc:
In the face, Cho, has a kindly "orangish" tan hue, complemented by wise wrinkles, with small, almost invisible tufts of white hair. The appearance make him a "grand-fatherly" figure, in the eyes of children, and younglings. See References 1 and 3 for color, and facial structure.
Finally, his signature goggles, and mask, which was required for all Kel Dor, when off-planet. They were a brownish, stone color, making them seem ancient in texture. [ No pun intended. ] On them, are curious Aurebesh letters, spelling out "Affinity." Small detail, but a detail appreciated.
However sometimes it is not considered canon for the Kel Dorians to remove their goggles, however in this portrait, his goggles, when miraculously, shot from his face, leaving the areas around his eye smoking, and the goggles themselves, on the ground.
I am aware, robes are a common choice, however diversity is my virtue here. Bare with me.
Mid-Body Structure, Appearance, and Misc:
His upper body, is wide, not "fat" as some trolls would interpret, and carries few age spots, but I doubt this will make into the picture, as he is clothed.
His arms, are normal, not emaciated, not too muscular.
While his wrists, have black bandages, as he is so used to them, after his years with "Friend" his old martial arts mentor. The bandages hang off to the side, and are consistent with tears, holes, abrupt endings, rips, so on and so forth.
The hands, consist of four fingers, both with long, black nails. They have veins, and age spots appearing on them. The nails, extend, over the fingertip.
Armor Structure, Appearance, and Misc:
Cho, wears something similar and more primitive, to the Phase I clone trooper armor, as worn by Clone Wars Generals, and Clone Troopers themselves. He wears, the shoulder-plate, torso, wrist, hand, leg-plate, and boot sections of the Phase I Clone Trooper armor. It is colored white, and underneath is black cloth. The torso is cut, halved, showing parts of his Jedi Robe. As the armor is battle worn, I would like to see battle-distinguishing marks, such as blaster scuffs, black marks, scratches, dents, etc. I would also like to see a distinguishing trooper mark, a blue, the blue on Old Galactic Republci Symbol. See References 5, 8, 9 and 12.
However, on the wrist, to control and monitor his mask, and goggles, a control panel resides, on his left arm plate. I would like to see a more horizontal form of Vader's life support panel, and red button colored green; Episodes 3 and 5-6 only. See Reference 6.
On his right soldier, a more stylish cloak, resides. (I would like to see a complete drawing of with, and another without. It's the same color as a Jedi Robe. See Reference 7. . . (and 8 for color reference.) And on his left shoulder is the symbol of the Galactic Republic. See Reference 9.
Around his waist, is a skirt of types. It's the same color of his Jedi Robe.. See Reference 8.
His cloak, in this portrait is not present, as it's in the air, filled with blaster bolts, and smoking, and, well, burning.
THE PORTRAIT ITSELF
In the portrait, he should appear as described. However. . .
Position: He is crouching, one knee on the ground. His, light green, lightsaber is ignited, and aimed behind him, but still with a standard grip. He is also holding his eyes, as his goggles were shot off, as mentioned above, and areas around the eyes are blackened, and smoking.
In the area behind him, perhaps down a long alleyway, with stairs at the end, Bounty Hunters are firing at him, 1-2 preferably. See Reference 10. Also, a spotlight surrounds him.
The Environment includes: Walls that extend far down, to the stairs. The floor, looks like the walls. See Reference 11. I know that it is a building, but I like the silver, metallic color. I would like these to be implemented as plates, and are separated by a thin black indent, every 2-3 meters. If this doesn't appeal to you, please feel free to alter it, but I would appreciate it if the bounty hunters were present.
The stairs, are a 12-18 set, and the color is something matching to the metallic color. Please pick one. Also at the top, there are two statues situated on each end of the top of the staircase, while on the bottom, two high lights are positioned.
This is all I have at this point, please tell me if I have left something out, or if something needs clarifying, or more detailed. Thanks!
P.S. If you are willing to try this, please Reply, and/or PM me. I appreciate it. You will be included in all credit, not to worry about that. I also realize, that artists want to make the work his or her's, and I willing for some changes, please comment on what you think you can improve and add. Thanks!
P.P.S. If anyone wants to draw the Lightsaber, something similar to Master Tyvokka's Lightsaber, here's the link. Freedom is yours!
