It means: what are you using to draw art with. Because I see digital art here the answer would be what software on a computer, if you use a pen tablet and so on.

If I may: I always suggest an upgrade from the standard Paint type of software for digital artists whenever you feel ready to evolve your arts further.
Tools shouldn't be limiting you but help you accomplish what you intended.

MSPAINTA fairly long time ago, I was approached by a deviant who wanted me to just give free stuff to them. Out of nowhere. Not cool. I am not a wishing well and will not be some free for all.
With that said, I took the opportunity to take a look at their art to see what my investment could have helped evolve.
I realized that it was the fairly standard pony base editing in MSPAINT that many artists seem to fancy. Not exclusively, but mostly that. I am not going to say it is a bad thing, just very limiting in terms of art.
You don't learn plenty from it but it does have some appeal and is a step in the right direction compared to not making art at all. That I have to say is a preference then.
So, like the flowerpony I was, I adviced them to upgrade their software to something more easy and better to use for the task. You would be a amazed how much time and frustration you could save by just learning a couple of basic things.
They threw a fit and told me that MSPAINT is awesome and there is not

I do! i play it every single night! and day its just awesome! im starting to do pictures and roblox RIM on dev art! im gonna have to find more roleplays to get pictures for. or show off my ocs! and aus! and of course post an picture before the RIM picture! or the RIM picture first! it matters which one is done first!
