You take care of yourself and try to stay as positive as you can. I know its not easy, but you will pull though, the pain will never leave, but it will get less. And remember, your never alone, you have lots of family and friends who love you dearly

What you say is true but right now I havent slept since it happened nor have I eaten since then. As for being positive, look where that got me and what it took from me.

You are a different person all together from the little kid I first met. You are soooo much better now, and you have grown up in a BIG way. I look where it got you, and its got you a hell of a long way..
Nothing was taken from you Milly. It was her time. She wasnt taken, she was set free.
I know its not easy. trust me I know. Of course I havent lost my mother, so I dont know from that point of view. But I have lost people who are just as close to me and just as dear to me. Where I just wanted to die myself.
But think, if that really what your Mum would want? Would she want you getting like this? If she was standing there right now, and she could see you now, what would she say to you Milly? Apart from make your bed or clean your room 
Forget all the bad things, and remember all the happy things about your Mum, all the things that make you smile or laugh, and the things that made her laugh and smile. Try and get some sleep Milly, with those thoughts in your mind.
I know there is nothing I can say or do that can make you feel better. I know that, just know, Im never too far away. And neither is your family and friends. Dont ever think you have to go things on your own.

It's not the thougths its the nightmares, I'm stuck in the same times and i cant keep seeing them no matter what i do i'm reminded of her and it's slowly killing me on the inside. The only time i cried was when i found out i havent since then. I know she wouldnt want me to be like this but i cant help it! all i want is to have her back and no matter how many tears i cry it wont bring her back so whats the point? And i dont see how i've changed from the little kid you knew back then? If anything I'm a lost and broken little kid now.
