Happy birthday, lovely! I'm working on your present but it's not done yet! Shame on me! I start college tomorrow so there's no telling when it'll get finished but I won't work on anything else until it is!
Here's a teaser: + =

I think the message is in your inbox, unless it didn't send...I'm pretty sure I replied to your last one! Alack!
If nothing else, we can start a new one. What have you been up to? I hope you're having a good birthday!

I never got. :/ Ah well, it was high time for a new one.
My birthday was lovely, thank you very much. And today my Aunt came over with her adorable new puppies, and we went out for ice cream. It was a good time.
You've probably started college by this point, yes?

Yep, today was my first day! Took me a while to get over the first day jitters, but I like my speech class! I'm taking a math and easy science online, I'll get started on those tomorrow. On Tuesday I'll be all college from 9-3:15, starting the day with the first meeting of my drawing class (excitement!) and then a lunch break, and then speech again.
I'll keep you updated on my drawing class, I hope to have your birthday drawing done before Tuesday, and that seems like an attainable goal!
What about you? How's school? I hope you like your teachers, there's nothing worse than a teacher you can't stand!

Sounds like the start of an exciting new year!!! I hope everything goes well for you! I look forward to hearing of your drawing class~
School hasn't started for me yet; I have a week and a half left. So I'm just relaxin', and watchin' a lot of Supernatural. Have you ever seen it?

I haven't but I've seen gifs. XD
Do you watch face off on syfy? It's awesome.
I'm competing in the unofficial Tumblr Olympics for Team Starkid! I'm planning on contributing fan art and such. The first few prompts are pretty general, so I'll use stuff I've already done, but I'm looking forward to creating new stuff for it! (after I finish your drawing, of course! It measures 21 inches by 29 inches, and that is why it's taking me so long! Apologies! apologies!)
Speaking of, I worked on math and science today and tomorrow I will wake up, be treated to pancakes, and keep working on your present!
Did you know Joey Richter was on an episode of Jessie? He tweeted that he was on a second episode but I haven't seen it yet. BABIES.

I've only seen bits and pieces of Face Off, but I really liked what I saw. Perhaps I should delve a bit deeper into that one.
Oh my goodness, best of luck to you in the Tumblr Olympics! (Wow, I'm out of the loop, I didn't even know that was a thing!) My fingers will be crossed for you; Team Starkid has an amazing artist on their side~~~
I didn't know that! I've actually never seen Jessie before. (Again, seriously, out of the loop....)

Oh, that reminds me, I'm a week behind with Face Off.
Thanks, I don't get to "compete" until later this month, so the excitement has been put on hold. The only reason I know about it are the occasional "Hey, if you can draw or write, support the Starkids!" post in the Starkid Tag, which I don't even follow anymore because in order to see everything in it I'd have to be on Tumblr 24/7.
So I went on a trip to Jacksonville, FL for a couple of days. I went to the Zoo there and got loads of sketching done and reference pictures. Here's a long account of what happened...
Mapquest told us to take 301, or as my parents like to refer to it, "The back roads of Morocco," and so our 5 and a half hour trip turned into an 8 and a half drive up to the place. Our rental car lied to us, and we went from having a quarter tank of gas to one flashing bar of "holy cow where did all that gas go?" Unfortunately, we noticed it just as we got onto an interstate that had no exits or gas stations. For about half an hour, my mom and I drove in silence, both of us balls of nervous energy, praying we wouldn't run out. We didn't, we got got gas and kept going. We didn't get to the hotel until 1:30 AM, and only got about 5 hours of sleep before having to wake up.
My mom drove me to the Zoo, and then drove to a different hotel to sit through a meetings on the new standards of reading teaching in charter schools all day.
I spent the day at the Jacksonville Zoo; it was hot but it wasn’t crowded. It was fun even though I was alone. I got there as soon as it opened (at nine AM), so when 2:30 PM rolled around, I was ready to leave. I headed towards the front of the zoo to await my mom's arrival. My mom got lost on the way to get me, though, and I end up waiting on a curb for an hour. Mom picks me up with many apologies and a cinnamon twist pastry from a place called Einstein's Donuts, which was amazing.
Mom's was ticked about the length of the ride in, and so we took interstates all the way home, making the time we expected to make on the way up, with gas stations and good places to eat all the way home. Happy Ending! You ever been to any big Zoos?

Oh my! It's been a while. Sorry for the delay; I just started school two weeks ago and have much less time for the internets these days. I just got cast in the fall musical, which essentially means that I've signed my life away until November. Sigh...
I have gone to many zoos! Atlanta, Washington DC, Rochester, and Pittsburgh (this one especially, since we used to live about 45 minutes away from it...). Hm. I'm sure I've been to more, but can't remember which ones. I'll have to ask Mum. In any case, I love going to zoos. You can never get too old for them. Sounds like you had a great time there, too!
Oh, by the way, I'm taking an Advanced Art class, and it's going very very well! I'm starting a colored pencil project at the moment. Do you have any pending projects?

Wow, have fun! I'm sure you'll be great. I've been wading through art and college homework, so I understand.
Zoos are awesome! I went to Busch Gardens this past weekend and it's half zoo, so I got even more reference photos of aminals! XD I'd like to go to one of the Halloween Horror Nights or Howl-o-scream things the amusement parks do around Halloween. Maybe someday.
Speaking of parks, I'm going through another Disney phase. I've been trolling Brianna Garcia's Tumblr and it's been inspiring me to get back to Disney. Apparently Disney California does a show called "Mad T Party," it's like a rock concert with the alice in wonderland characters all decked out in torn clothes and spikes and stuff. I love the costumes, and the internet fan base is big enough that I will never run out of good pictures to draw from.
That sounds awesome! I've been trying to do art outside of my class, so I've got a couple of sketches worth posting (I'll do that after I reply to you), and I've got a bunch of digital stuff in the works. The trouble is finding time to work on them! The art course I'm taking is very basic, so it's really just practice...and an ego boost because I'm one of the best in the class. I can't wait to see your colored pencil piece when it's done!

Carol! My friend! I've returned at last! (With remarkably little to say, hehehe...)
Senior year is much busier than I thought it would be! My art class alone is going to kill me, but I've got other classes on top of it, plus college things. And musical. Ugh, don't even get me started on musical this year. It's kind of a bummer this year, sad to say.
But anyway, I've been thinking about you through the past few weeks, and I miss you something fiercely! Hope all is well with you!

WHO-RAY! I've missed you, too! I have tons to say, but I'll keep it short.
It's cooling off here, today we have the windows open! I vacuumed the floors, so of course my husky went outside and rolled in the dirt and tracked it in...I just laughed. He's too cute to get mad at.
Our Shepherd has an inner ear infection and so I've been dogsitting for the past few days...she's been making a good recovery, though, so we're not too worried.
School's going okay for me, I have to give another speech Tuesday and I'm really not looking forward to it...I should be practicing it now. I only have two more classes I need to take and then I'll get my AA...and hopefully go to an in state public college for a BA in art....I'm looking at UCF in Orlando (how cool would it be to study 45 minutes away from disney?!) and FAU...which I'll be visiting the 17th. Excitement! ...sort of.
I feel like Alice...."I'll find something useful to do with my life." I can't decide whether it should be animation, graphic design, or drawing/illustration that I study at college. I bought a book someone recommended on animation, and I'm hoping it'll help me decide what I want to do....I think it will come down to where the job opportunities lie.
I haven't been posting much stuff here, it's all been on Tumblr...and Brianna Garcia thanked me for drawing her! She dressed up as my favorite Mad T Party character, the March Hare, so I ended up drawing her and the cast member that plays the hare. I'm very happy that she saw my drawing...that's a very large understatement. So overall, I think all is well! Sorry to hear about your musical let-downs, but I hope you're enjoying your senior year, at least. I'm still waiting to see all the cool stuff you're doing in drawing class!
So much for keeping it short, hahah.

mynameisfaerie In reply to Miss-Pixie-Duchess [2012-03-26 23:39:56 +0000 UTC]
Well I can't find our last feed, so I have no idea what I've already told you. Here goes, and sorry for repeats!
My senior show was last friday, and even though my stuff was moved around on my wall, it wasn't so bad. Most of the stuff there wasn't as well done as I thought it was going to be. I had six pieces on my wall, including my digital piece of the comics, the school auditorium and balloons drawings, an old watercolor piece of an artist's mannekin riding my ceramic unicorn/cow whistle thing, my still life with the magic theme, and my most recent concentration piece, all nice and framed. After the show, my mom, sister, and a friend of mine I've known since middle school went to Sweet Tomatoes, a cool restaurant with a salad bar, soup bar, and various delicious muffins, mousses, and ice cream flavors.
Speaking of my concentration, I'm currently working on the ninth piece out of twelve, featuring fear. Probably on Monday I'll take pictures of...erm...all my concentration pieces that I haven't taken pictures of yet, and post them up lickety-split. I've been falling behind on the photographing because of all the scholarships and the senior show.
Speaking of scholarships, I got accepted to Ringling and have officially reserved my spot there! I'm warning you now, you will be heavily bombarded with my (possibly boring) trials and tribulations once I get there and start classes.
I've been reading some very cool comics, including Batman: NOEL, which is written and drawn by Lee Bermejo, who is awesome. Young Justice is also back on Cartoon Network, which is awesome, too. My mother laughs when I run out of the room so I don't miss my "Saturday Morning Cartoons."
Speaking of reading, I've been reading the Harry Potter book series. I came in on the fourth book in third grade, and I hadn't read the first three ever before, or the fourth since fourth grade. I've read the first three and enjoyed them immensely, I'm currently more than halfway through the fourth book and I've completely forgotten most of the storyline. It's interesting and confusing at the same time, because I know what the movies are like, but I only remember a couple of things from the first time I read it.
Well, I think that's it for now, I'm still muddling through college work and I really can't wait to graduate, I'm starting to realize that going for a traditional AA at the local college would have been as unenjoyable as high school, only more so because the courses are tougher. Oh, and the coils on my car are going bad, so I'm skipping school (ooh, an entire art class! XD) because I'm terrified of breaking down on the way to or from school.
I take it you haven't been doing much comic reading or drawing during your production?

Congrats on Ringling as well! I look forward to hearing about all of your crazy college antics!!!
Ah, Harry Potter. I should consider re-living my childhood and rereading the series again...
Unfortunately, my friend, there has barely been time for sleeping during my production, much less comic/book reading. Alas and alack, I must get caught up!!!

That's awesome! Keep me updated and be sure to post your projects as you do them! Do you have any summer work for it?
I have no idea if I've asked you this yet...are you a Hunger Games fan? Did you/will you see the movie?
Also, do you know about Dark Shadows? It's an old show about a vampire, my mom loved it and showed me some episodes. Well Tim Burton is directing a new movie based on it (with Jonny Depp as the main character vampire, of course.) and it's basically a farcical (oh my gosh, that's actually a word!) version of it. That comes out the eleventh of the same week, and my mom's looking forward to the laughs. Trailer: [link]
ALSO, I found another Decemberists song I enjoy, and I especially like the video, despite it's similarities to the "Lord of the Flies." [link]

Miss-Pixie-Duchess In reply to mynameisfaerie [2012-04-01 16:40:40 +0000 UTC]
No summer work for it, actually, which is nice for me. Unfortunately, until the class is over, all of the work stays in school. I get it back in the summer, which is when I'll post it.
I'm actually not a Hunger Games fan. I never read the series and I don't have any interest to read it. However, my sister's a huge fan, so I'll probably go to see the movie with her.
I'm actually super super excited for Dark Shadows. My mom grew up on the show, and she got me all hyped up on it, so we'll probably see it together. The trailer's got me super pumped.
I wish I could watch the vid! My internet's been acting funny all week, so 1+ videos a day is usually a no-no.

NOOOOOOOO! ...Ah, well. I should post stuff, but Imma just keep being lazy.
Ah. I'll probably read it eventually and then rent the movie. What a self-starter I am. Speaking of popular novels made into popular movies, Pottermore is opening to the public soon and thus has given beta users access to all the book walk throughs, not just the first. So on Friday, if I get my massive amounts of homework done tomorrow, I'll be on that site all day. Also, I unearthed my super-neat leather sketchbook with the Hogwarts crest on it (that I bought at the theme park) and I think I'll fill it with Potter-related sketches. My urge to do this was so great the book even showed up in my dreams last night.
So during the summer vacation for my ninth or tenth grade year I had to read Edith Wharton's "Ethan Frome," which was a beautiful plot that was horribly written. It's much more likable in movie form, starring Liam Neeson. I'm such a girl, I teared up a couple times during the movie.
Internet problems stink. I started playing this facebook hidden object game, but I gave it up because it's time consuming and ongoing, and when I play those types of games I need to win, and I need to win now. (I have a problem.)
Also, this guy is amazing. [link] He makes sculptures of people out of paper, and I used the nun one to draw my tenth concentration piece (showing kindness). Three to go and I'm finished! It should be two, but my teacher's making us do an extra one. Meh.

Laziness is the way to go, my friend! XD
Haha, I see you're on a Potter kick. I myself am on a bit of a Thor kick at the moment. I finally watched the movie last night, and I have fallen head-over-heels for the villain, of course (I couldn't help myself; Tom Hiddleston as Loki... Just ridiculously gorgeous and such a wonderfully talented actor!)I really can't wait to see the whole gang in The Avengers soon~~~~~
Bleh, Ethan Frome. I don't have to read it, and I'm glad.
That is mainly why I don't game. I get addicted, and you can't pry me away from whatever I'm playing. It's definitely an issue.
Good luck with the last leg of your concentration! I'm painting a self-portrait in acrylics pretty soon. I'm admittedly a bit nervous; acrylic is not a forgiving medium.

Thor kick is perfectly acceptable. We own the DVD, i really should draw every cool costume in the movie rewatch it. We stopped at Walmart tonight (the family) so I grabbed a five dollar DVD: DareDevil.
I lied about the Pottermore thing, I was mislead. The site says it opens to the public in "early April," which it is now...I hope when it opens to the public they open all the books for exploration, and not open one at a time. I want to see more concept art! Time will tell.
Speaking of gaming, I'm still working my way through HP 7.1 for wii. I've been taking it at small intervals instead of my usual all-at-once. I think it's because the storyline isn't as simple as go to Hogwarts, chill, fight some bad guys, chill s'more. I cheated and googled a walk-through to see where I was in the game, and I've only got a few more fight scenes to go. Man, I love these games...the ones I've played are almost outnumbering the ones I haven't.
Thanks, I think I'll post what I have of my concentration to Devart.

I've heard a lot of complaints about Pottermore recently, not gonna lie. I wish you luck in your explorations of that crazy, manipulative site!
"Go to Hogwarts, chill, fight some bad guys, chill s'more."
Story of my life. I seriously love most of the stuff you say.

I've seen daredevil before. It's got Ben Affleck in the title role, and he's got a similar story to Batman. Actually (and I may have told you this before), I have a nice idea for a drawing comparing the two visually (both depressed, lol, daredevil has stone angels to brood with, batman has his gargoyle, they both use roses to represent their parent(s) deaths, and neither have powers (unless you count dd's sonar or bat's badassery). It's a pretty good movie, there's even a spinoff movie about Elektra, dd's love interest. (Not as good as DareDevil)
The only thing Pottermore's good for is the awesome concept art and JK's insights into her characters, the stuff that's never been published before. Apparently, it opened to the public the other day, but I'm still able to leave feedback as a beta user and only the first book is open for exploration. So that's not great. What's also not so enjoyable about it is the potion making and spell casting. It's a little silly and ridiculously difficult. But I'm not on it 24/7, and I really have no complaints about the way the site runs.
I love that you love the stuff that I say. The feeling's mutual.
I went to Ringling the other day for Accepted student day. It was awesome. I even found a roommate! We were in the same tour group and we just connected. Actually, I think our mothers bonded faster than we did! We're strikingly similar: we both played the trumpet through middle school and abandoned music for art, we both love Harry Potter, the list goes on. I knew Ringling had a Quidditch team, but they apparently have a "Ministry of Magic" group, too! I'm extremely stoked for college, even more so because my high school is becoming really crummy in comparison. My teacher has not been kind to me the past few days, and I'm really dreading the next few weeks as a lingering senior. The bright side? May 11th's my last day. I just have to hold out till then. Until then, I'm currently struggling through finals week for my college courses (I almost forgot that I still have one more chapter to read in my Nutrition class!) My reward? The first summer in a LONG time (and probably for a long time) that I won't have summer courses to take or summer homework to complete. Heck yes!
Speaking of Harry Potter, I'm going back to the park! My mom's surprised me with the trip as a graduation gift. We're heading up memorial weekend and I think it'll be my ...fifth time? Yeah, I think fifth. Excitement! How's it going with you?

I really need to have a movie marathon of all the superhero films I haven't seen, because that sounds really awesome. IT should get done before Avengers comes out. Speaking of which, AVENGERS OHMYGOD. Are you excited, because I know I am. Possibly more than just excited. It may be getting unhealthy. Because Loki. And Captain America. And Hawkeye. And AVENGERSOHMYGOD.
I am so excited for you and your college stuff! I am currently beginning my search, and it's slightly terrifying, but that's okay. It'll get better. I'm also glad you found a roommate! It's really wonderful to find someone you connect to so quickly. I'm sure you'll have lots of fun with her! And also, enjoy your free summer! Do everything you want to, you deserve it!
Fifth time at Potterland?! I am unspeakably jealous, my friend! I hope I get to go before I graduate high school, but that's probably not likely. Oy vey. But no worries. I'll get there, and I'll geek out like nobody's business.
Things are pretty quiet up here in the untamed north. I'm in the middle of a beautiful, week-long spring break. I've been getting all sorts of wonderful sleep. And no homework, either, so that's even more fantastic. I'm just so ready to get out of school. Only two months left!!!
I got asked to prom, by the way! A good friend of mine from Hamlet asked me to go with him as friends, and I happily accepted. I already have my dress, and it's gorgeous! I found it a day after I was asked, and just fell in love with it. It's perfect. I might put some pics up, once I get it back from the tailor's.

Avengers, ftw. I am so excited! I've been re watching Thor, Iron Man, all the greats, in preparation/anticipation!!
Also, ways to screw up the Avengers Movie: [link]
Also, BATMAN! [link] [link]
I'm officially done with two of my four college courses. I'm pretty much done with the other two as well, it's just a matter of replying to other people's final project. WHOO! And thanks for all the well wishing, I hope you have good things planned for summer as well!
Wow, our spring break was, sadly, a while ago. I kept getting it confused with my college spring break. Alas. I'm also tickled to hear about your prom invite! Have a good time (or else! ) What's the theme? What kind of dress are you wearing? Our theme this year is Asia. A superhero-themed prom, though, I may have actually gone to.

I know, right? It's gonna be insanely good. I continue to geek out, with every passing day, as it gets ever closer. I plan on watching it after I take my SAT, as a treat for myself once I've finished.
That video's great, isn't it? I love all of RandomGuy's vids. "Hulk also love Chex Mix!" Too good.
Hey! Speaking of Batman, the "Year One" animated movie is finally out! I will be renting it post-haste!
Our prom theme this year is "Arabian Nights". Which is kind of lame. I was rooting for "Down and Dirty Detroit" (aka 1940's gangster theme) this year. But I think superheroes would be even better than that. There's always next year to make that happen, I suppose!

Wait, what? Batman: Year One's been out for awhile. But tell me what you think when you watch it!
With two paintings going at once I'm not doing anything exciting, really. I did, however, finish re-reading the Harry Potter series. I also re-read my copy of "The Tales of Beedle the Bard" (With commentary by Dumbledore) and skimmed through "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find them" (Just for the scribbled notes from Harry, Ron, and a few from Hermione.) I'm now fully reading for the first time since I bought it years ago "Quittich through the Ages." I feel like a nerd, and I should be painting. Alas.
Also, pizza for dinner tonight! Jeez I'm desperate for conversation.
Oh! The lady I drew ([link] ) sent me a package from her new living location including a tiny incense burner, a light catcher made from a small metal dragon ouroboros, and a neat letter including an awesome doodle of Batman on a pony.

Ohhhhhhhh. Oh dear. The video store here in Keene just got it. Isn't that sad? We're so pathetically behind the times.
I really need to read. I really really do. I've got my eye on a book called "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?" I've heard it's really good. Apparently it was what the Blade Runner film was based on. Heard of it?
Pizza for me tonight as well, ironically enough!
I love the idea of Batman on a pony. I really really do. Hey, which reminds me, have you ever head of "Holy Musical B@man"? It's from the same people who did "A Very Potter Musical" and one of my really good friends watched it and fell right in love with it. I haven't seen it yet, but I'm very curious/excited...

Have you played any of the Harry Potter games? So far I've played 2, 3, 5, 6, 7.1 (I finished it!), and I will eventually play 7.2. Supposedly the first is poorly done and I saw a walk through of the fourth and there's no free roaming of Hogwarts involved. So, not going to happen.
Speaking of potter, links!
Awesome Potter blog: [link]
Which introduced me to this song: [link] which is absolutely adorable. I knew there were Potter bands out there but I think I heard one song and it was terrible and I branded the rest of them terrible as well. I fail.
Also (and these are from the blog): [link] [link] [link]
I've never heard of that book, but you have officially reminded me that although I've completed the Harry Potter series, I still have a stack of books on my desk to read.
Never heard of "Holy Musical Batman." Must investigate further.
Speaking of Rorschach! The actor who portrayed him in Watchmen the movie has a role in the new Dark Shadows film! Hooray!
Speaking of, devart's having that contest, and the top ten have been chosen...there are some really good ones!
I finished and photographed my self-portrait, but I'll have to post it when we get back from dinner. We're going to a restaurant called Bob Evans.

Can't say I have, actually. I'm not the biggest gamer ever, plus games are pretty expensive, and I'd rather spend on other things.
This is great! I really need to start following more Potter blogs. And haha, the song is adorable. I've heard of a couple of Potter bands (Harry and the Potters, Draco and the Malfoys, The Remus Lupins...) But never really looked into them. Perhaps now I should.
Hey, speaking of Batman, I went to Six Flags New England yesterday, and geeked out at all the superhero paraphernalia/rides. The Batman and Bizarro coasters were my favorites in the whole park. I also bought a t-shirt that says 'I have seen the Batcave' and a ring with a little robot on it. It was a good day.
Dark Shadows just keeps sounding better and better the more I hear about it. It's right up there under the Avengers on my "Summer Movies to See" list.
Oh my God, I remember Bob Evans. We had one in my old town, and the food was pretty decent. Hope you enjoyed.

I FINALLY SAW HOLY MUSICAL, B@MAN! I'm in love with it, it's hilarious, and Joe Walker/Batman is adorable. Newest obsession, I has one. I also watched A very Potter Musical and A Very Potter Sequel and those were quite awesome as well. (This is my reason for my late reply. The "re-watch" button on youtube is my friend.) Very quote-able lines and singable songs (For B@man, anyway, I kind of skipped through the Potter songs for the sake of time...the plays are really long!).
I'm officially jealous of your 'Batcave' T-shirt.
So my phone is officially dead, I dropped it down the stairs (i was at the top, and of course it had to fall all the way down the stairs...) Now there's a spiderweb crack across the entire bottom of the screen, and I can't touch the screen to use the phone anymore. I'm currently waiting for my new phone to arrive in the mail, it's going to be a Droid. Excitement?
Only three more days to go for me before I'm totally done going to high school! WHOO! I have the entire summer to do art for myself, and I already have some epic ideas for pieces.
I also recently got Superman/Shazam: The Return of Black Adam, a DCU Animated movie I had no idea existed until amazon enlightened me. I bought it on the spot. It's short, but I love anything having to do with the Captain. I have to admit, though, it was odd watching the fight scene because they were just flying around and hitting each other with muscles and magic. But these are unbeatable characters, so they're just kind of going at it for ten minutes straight, and no one's injured or tired...This is why I prefer Batman. (I love that "gritty realism of a man fighting crime dressed as a bat," heheh.)
Speaking of buying things from Amazon, I read Kristen Cashore's books, Graceling and Fire, and apparently her third book, Bitterblue, is out...So I'll probably be reading that after I work through the pile of unread books on my desk.

You watched Holy Musical Batman?! This calls for my favorite celebratory drinking game... WATER SHOTS!!!XD
Sorry, I've been wantng to do that for ages.
Hope your new phone is to your liking! My sister just got an iPhone, and I'm really jealous. She never lets me play fruit ninja.
Things have been so busy. First off, I saw THE AVENGERS. Have you? In case you haven't, I won't post spoilers. Suffice to say that it made my head explode with awesomeness... twice. Feel free to geek about it with me, if you have seen it!
I went to Prom. With a guy. And it was amazing. REALLY amazing. And now I have a date. With my prom date. And I'm hoping it goes well. 'Cause he's a sweetie.
I did a fashion show tonight. I modeled the clothes I made in clothing construction class this year. It was the closest I have ever come to a living hell. But I'm better now.
So! What's new with you?

Oh my dead Wizard God, What The Devil Is Going On Here!?
Lol, you haven't written in a while, I was staring to assume you fed yourself to Aragog's children....and no one in my general vicinity understands my Team Starkid references! I've now officially seen all their plays and I'm awaiting the arrival of my SPACE tour DVD. I blame you for my new obsession! I even have Starkid ringtones! XD
My new phone is awesome, but I don't have any games on it. I can talk to it, though, which is cool...All I've been doing recently is reading my book backlog. And getting into shape. And when I workout I think about Joe Walker as Umbridge, describing what "she" does to get into shape. I have not yet taken to eating falcon eggs and rocks, however.
AVENGERS, FTW. I love the hulk, especially when he pummels Loki, and randomly punches Thor across Stark's living room. And when he was all, "my secret is that I'm always angry." You do know that Chris Hensworth is playing...i think it's prince charming in the "Snow White and the Huntsman" movie? The one with Bella Swan as snow white? The effects on that movie look extremely well done.
Congrats on your boyfriend? new companion. And your fashion show. I like the idea of designing beautiful clothes, but whenever I attempt it I hate what I come up with. Alack.
On an unrelatedly adorable note: [link]
Remember that angry-faced portrait of myself I did? My school put it on display for the senior award show ceremony last week. we all get cake at the end and my angry face portrait is just right behind the cake table, staring down at every person as they grabbed cake, like, "what the hell are you doing here?" I find this awesome. Everyone loved the portrait, but I swear, that made the four years at Cypress worth it. Just my final "screw you" from me. I will not miss my high school.
Speaking of graduating high school, I was wearing a gold stole and like, four multicolored cords over my gown. It made me look like a good student. Hah.
I suppose that's everything of interest to report. But be warned: my next reply will be 95% Starkid references.

Oh dear, I can see I've created a Starkid monster! Haha, I approve. Their stuff is great.
Good on you for getting into shape. I really ought to start doing that. Wish I had a Mama Umbridge to rip my perky little boobs off whip me into shape.
He is, in fact, my boyfriend, haha. And we are having a good time so far, enjoying all the things.
A storm recently hit my town (I blame Thor), and there was a lot of flooding. The road to our house got closed off while we were out getting groceries, and we weren't able to get back to the house until 2 PM the next day. :/ Funtimes.
Hahaha, I'd love to give my school a final 'screw you' next year. Oh gosh. I'm graduating next year... Even more funtimes.
School is almost done... I'm out on the 19th, and I honestly can't wait. I have Cabin Fever...

LOL. "Whipped into Shape" reminds me of this fanvideo: [link]
Which I think is hilarious even though I've never heard the song before. Speaking of Joe as Umbridge, I drew him when he says "Right Snape?" In the Jacob shirt, and I Tweeted it to him...but he must not have gotten it...'cause he hasn't tweeted back.
We've been hearing a lot about storms but we haven't had anything worse than drizzles...actually, while at Islands of Adventure last week, we ran into a mom from Tennessee who was avoiding a storm herself. That sucks about the flooding, supposedly we're in a flood zone in our area of Florida, but it's never happened.
Enjoy your boyfriend and your senior year! (Lol, threaten him with the "stutter" song if he's ever a lousy boyfran. XD)
You don't get out of school until June 16th?! When do you start up again?
I just finished rewatching HP 7.2 (Just recently got it in the mail) and...[link]
And so now I'm watching some SBSP and working on a drawing of Liev Schreiber, the dude who plays Sabertooth, Wolverine's bro in Wolverine: Origins. His stubble was fun to do.

Oh my, god, you tweeted Joe. That's awesome. Shame he hasn't tweeted back, but your reference reminded me that I once had "Did you get my text? ...Yeah. Well you didn't text me back!" as my ringtone. And I will likely be changing it back to that soon.
Oooh, I forgot that you went back to Islands of Adventure! How was it?
I will enjoy my boyfran. I think he and I are gonna have a good summer. Actually, school ends on the 19th, and starts back up after labor day.
Mmmmmmmmmmm, Liev Schreiber. He's a hunk. Not that I've noticed or anything. I shall have to see this picture of him!
