It is pretty good but it does have it's limits.
I've heard Gimp is better but I've tried it and I've found myself only using it to stretch out images XD

I agree. It has it's pros and cons like all art programs. I have a hard time using it because I get overwhelmed by all the choices.Β I haven't tried Gimp, but I've heard some decent reviews about it. A buddy of mine uses something called ArtClip Studio, and his artwork looks nice, and it's cheaply priced.

Yeah me too, I'm just like "Which layer is which? Where'd the layers go? Where's the normal damn brush!?" lol.
I've heard from my friends that Paint Tool SAI is really really good but it'll cost ya some pennies.
