He is biologically female. So he as the whole womanly package, but goes by make pronouns (he-him/his).

Something like that. He uses male pronouns, due to being stuck in a female body he can't do anything about, he uses the pronouns he is most comfortable with.

I know how boring that it can be, so I offered to go with her. I need to pester my mom to get my eyes checked, it's hard to see things across the room and when I put on low prescription glasses, it's like a whole knew world.

That's how my brother found out he needed glasses. cx He tried
on my dad's and it was like an entirely different world. lol
I think my prescription is changing. x.x It feels a little hard to see
things in the distance. Particularly in class and when I'm driving.
