When I first got to DA, I went around the site commenting like crazy.
I instantly made some good friends that are still "with me" to this day,
but it took me going out and finding them, not the other way around.
The best way to meet people on DA? Search for people with similar interests, clubs, or browsing artwork... Whatever,
once you get your name out there people maybe even start coming to you, (in droves) but at the very least you'll find people that are interested in your work and comment and exchange thoughts on a regular basis.
I have to say I've met some of the closest friends I've ever had from this site... Which sounds kinda lame, am I really that Geeky?
Yeah, guess so...
