Hmm I'll explain the best i can.
So, to start you write one of these :
then you write what the icon/pictures name is "superw00t" is that one.
then you write plz after the icon/pictures name, no spaces.
Finally you add another :
So, broken down it looks like : superw00tplz : and put together

Hey, this is gonna sound really stupid, but can you help me to get the "plz"'s to work, I tried and sadly failed.

sure, i'll do the best i can to explain it.
first this is first, the words that you use for the "plz" need to all be placed between these symbols ":" so, whatever plz thing you are trying to display, there must be a ":" at the beginning of the words and a ":" at the end of the words.
next, right after the first ":" you need to put the word "icon" that way, it will show the image of whatever plz image you are trying to show.
after you place the word "icon" you then write out what the image is that you are intending to show. such as if you wanted to show an image that said "omgyayamerica" on it, you put that directly after the word "icon"
once you've done that, you then put "plz" after the words you placed
lastly, you finish it up with another ":"
so, as a quick run through with an example
1) :
2) icon
3) omgyayamerica
4) plz
5) :
put it all together with no spaces and you should get
