You're welcome! I hope I can provide actual usable tips! O_O
I'm not much of a teacher, but I'll do and say what I can!

First bits of advice: Draw as much as you can. I've heard it said that we have at least 10,000 bad drawings in us and we need to work through those to get to the good ones. It's basically saying practice, practice, practice. But also, draw and practice with a goal. Choose elements to practice and learn. Get a handle on the basics, then try for style and variation. Remember that everyone once had to start from the ground and build up their skill. It doesn't happen overnight. Also, watch other artists and advice on Youtube and art blogs. Jake Parker is one of my favorite.

As for our comic, we really hope to have a website set up and post regularly by the end of the year. We're so excited!

Thank you please tell me when the website is coming up and Ill make sure to read it as soon as New posts come up

How do you choose between taking the time to make a good picture and speed for making comics?

Speed comes naturally from practice. When you become familiar enough with something that it becomes second nature to draw it, then you can draw it faster. That said, I still take way longer than I'd like.

Yeah, but it feels like, noone will want to wait a month for the next page.

You have to have a backlog ready. Our goal is to have fifty pages ready to go before we even start uploading the first few pages. It gives you a buffer to work with.
