about a week ago, I was thinking again about that conversation we had about annoying Zelof with how many sounds all the letters had. And how 'Nathan' has two 'a's, which make the sounds (IPA) /e/ and /Ιͺ/, and my name at the time had two 'a's which made the sounds /Γ¦/ and /Ι/, and now that I've changed my name, it still has an 'a', but it makes the sound /Ι/. (the same as the 'o' in Zelof, if I'm pronouncing his name correctly.)
soooo many different sounds for the letter A. and that's not even all of them!

Thanks a ton for the fav! As you saw from my checklist, I've got quite a bit of work to do on making a new world(There's bits and pieces already, thankfully, but other than that, not much more.).

^^ I kinda copied the bulk of it from a pin on pinterest that was about world-building. If I can see it(i.e., visible reminders), chances are much higher that it'll get done sooner.

Just had a thought. We need gargoyles as a movie. Not by Micheal bay cos he sucks but it would look so cool in CGI

I dunno ;w; Ive been watching through the good seasons and I dont really know anyone else who likes gargoyles so I just needed to get this out of my system. Honestly, instead of remaking spiderman or doing other stupid stuff like that they need to bring the CGI to the shows we all used to love ;w; (and still love) I feel like this would bring so many fans and I would sooo watch it. Makes me squeal thinking of the gargoyles in CGI. My fave is honestly Lexington out of the bunch, but I love all of'em.

Makes sense. I had a nostalgia kick where I watched seasons 1 and 2 on DVD a while back.
I'm a Brooklyn fan myself. Honestly, I found some designs online for how the characters could look. It needs to happen, and not just as an April Fools' day thing.

Man, this REALLY needs to be a thing. I kind of want Disney to take it, maybe James cameron could make it into a movie, I dont know, but I want this. They should do an asking page, write up what people want to see the most in America and then do a poll based off of the top ten peoples choice.Β

HOLY CRAP! This is Ro's loss... both of them! The first first verse had me seeing her learning her father's not coming home. The second she's trying to keep her mother alive through the sickness, then at the end, her mother slipping away. Holy....

Okay, I'm going to admit something "out loud" for I think the first time? One of the real reasons I liked going to church every Sunday as a child was the music. Side note: I was raised going to a Lutheran church, and even in our small congregation, I could still get chills from some songs.
Music is universal, and a lot of times, it's not the words or context that matter, it's the melody.

Yay! A person who gets it! See, Im a Freethinker (is a religion) so I can can believe in whatever I want when I want so I do believe in God and Jesus and stuff but not in the same way christians and catholics do. Sadly, the church I used to go to didnt have good songs or ones that really moved me and I didnt believe in some stuff anyways (plus they repeated a lot of things) but I always like listening to other church music, Gospel too because that makes me wanna join in and have a good time : )Β

I had a few favorites as a child. "A Mighty Fortress" being one, if memory serves. "Beautiful Savior" is one I can't listen to without crying, because it was sung/played at my maternal grandmother's funeral.... and that sucked because I had to play it in college with the band literally the year of or the year after her passing. So yeah, I teared up......

Wow, that must have been really tough. I never got to go to my best friends funeral when she suddenly passed of cancer and didnt tell me she had it. One of her other friends that I didnt like very much didnt really tell anyone about the death or funeral so another friend of hers went digging around and found out the truth and told me. I still havent visited her grave yet,its been four years, but its something I want to do. Man, emotions are running high.Β
Anyways, your surgery is coming up soon, right? Are you nervous?

Funerals. Suck. I hate them. Well, I hate what they mean.... They mean I don't get to see someone for the rest of my life and am left with (another) hole/scar on my emotional heart.
This Thursday. And a bit. I mean, it's not like it could kill me, y'know? I'm pretty sure the worst that could happen is blindness.... which would suck, but humans are adaptable.

Mhm, I know the feels. I remember I went to a funeral when I wasssss...4? and I didnt understand the lot of it. I wrote my deceased grandpa a letter so his angel could come down and take it and read it but my aunt took it away from me saying he couldnt read it but I didnt understand. At the funeral I was with my cousins who were playing poker and I was stealing their cards and switching them around Β
I think its gonna go fine, they are pros. I wish you the best of luck though, I know the thought must be scary. Β

Got me beat on age. The first funeral I remember happened when I was five or six (side note: this was a bad year in my family for deaths) and all I really remember was sitting by my mother's oldest sister, which means it was either the middle sister (of three) on my mom's side or my brother.... Funny thing, I didn't understand it either, but mom says I reassured her, even then.... I didn't start crying over my brother until I hit college when shit started hitting pretty hard..... Anyway, we need to get on a lighter topic!
I'm sure it will. I just need to be sure to follow the pre-surgery instructions given to me.

So, the cutest thing happened recently. My dog thinks my bearded dragon is her baby! She grooms her, always looks out for her and follows her everywhere, and gets worried when she goes under or behind things.
