Haha..yeah, they are, out here. But I spent years in Toronto, and squirrels are the best one can meet there I used to be called a citidiot!

Thanks! I love your photos of gray squirrels too.Such fun and quirky little creatures! We only have one white one in our area and he's in our neighborhood. He is VERY camera shy. In fact, you can see him get angry when you try to photograph him!

Thats -- I'm glad you like my squirrel photos! And yes, squirrels can definitely be camera shy. As I mention in one of the squirrel photography tips on my deviantart home page, sometimes just the sound of the camera (or the motion of positioning the camera) can really send them running!

Yeah, I saw the great pointers you have on your page. I'll definitely start applying them after the winter. Sometimes we get rabbits in the yard too so we don't have to be in the mountains to enjoy wildlife!

Nice -- the rabbit photography sounds like fun! And I'd imagine they're pretty challenging to photograph too, since they are pretty fast-moving as well. Well, happy photographing! I'll look forward to seeing some of your rabbit photos when spring comes around!
