Very not good

Two days after finding out my great grampa died I get fired for theft I didnt commit, and the money got taken out of my paycheck, and they tricked me into training my replacement and had me come in an hour early the day I got fired. This being only a month and a half after I did the job of two or three people for two days just because of THEIR bad planning. My former job gave me a mess of shit and then came up with an excuse to fire me the minute they could find someone else even though I was the best employee in that store. Oh and then I sortof got evicted (the landlord is not following procedure at all and is breaking the damn law) and now after saying we'd try to have our stuff out by a certain day we got almost everything out, but we had to go back to get a few things yesterday, only to find that the landlord had changed the locks (not even allowed to yet) and was refusing to let us to retrive our stuff (including my boyfriend's computer and all our kitchen stuff) even though he legally has to return it or let us retrive it. I've just got a shitstorm on my hands and it sounds like not only am I going to need to take my former employer to court but we may have to take the landlord to court or get the police involved if he doesnt hand over our stuff.

So my life is a crazy shitstorm

Oh my gosh, I am so sorry! D: Wow that is truly awful and it's such a god-awful thing to do to someone! Yes, be sure to get the police involved if he is doing things illegally, I know that as a landlord they HAVE to follow procedures. Don't be afraid to ask for a police officer to come with you when you go pick up your things either.

Well it turned out we were wrong about the former landlord breaking the law, or at least it seems like we were wrong. But I'm still working on getting my former employer's ass screwed over. She deserves it, since I know how I got treated wasnt legal.

*hug* We're now staying with my bff near where I lived before I moved to Everett, I'm still looking for work but its promising atm

Hm, that sounds weird. did he tell you that he was allowed to do that? Either way, yes work on that with your former employer.hopefully you'll be able to get that settledin your favor. <3

I gave up on the lawsuit, I never got around to finishing paperwork, and I just have better things to worry about anymore
