im sorry, but i cant continue to talk to someone who doesn't understand that uploading someone else's works is wrong. also it doesn't matter if those works have a CC or not. dA policy states you can only upload your own work and only your own. go to the help desk and they'll tell you the same thing.

if there is no yellow symbol up in the right corner, hover over the arrow next your name and and in the pull down menu, there should be "view all notes."
