I didn't see this comment in my publications... anyway, I know all about the Watercolor XP VS... was one of my favorite XP VS, specially the Ergonomic Blue substyle.
The most beautiful feature of this style is the window decoration (this one: snag.gy/jSc3y2.jpg ) which will get stretch vertically on the Windows 10 top frame because it works differently from the old XP.
I thought many time of porting this VS to Win10 but to me at least it looks pretty outdated now even if back then it used to look amazing.
Right now I'm pretty busy with work and stuff but when I get some time I might do a Win10 Theme inspired by the old Watercolor VS.

Been a long time PC user... maybe too long... and customizing was always a thing for me and it was impossible to miss the awesome Watercolor theme
