I like a lot of your photography! You probably noticed its all your short haired photos.

I have short hair, and I'm beginning to get into photography, so I'm studying all the photographs with short haired models that I can.

Thank you so much. And yea, my main female model and I both have short short hair. It's a bit of a challenge. But short hair models can make very strong photos. 

It depends on the style of your hair and fitting in with the setting and environment of the photo. Also try to balance it out. If you were going to pin your hair up away from your face, I'd do the make up a bit stronger. It in front, messy, go for a more natural face or you'll look like a hot mess... unless your going for that.  Short hair really defines the face so I focus around that.  Either through make-up or facial expressions. 

Just experimenting will help. OH. and good lighting is key! Even if you are using a phone camera... lighting man. All the difference.

I have short hair myself and I really look forward to seeing art with short haired models because it is rare, and because I like seeing the variety of emotion and design, while most people find  short hair very limiting in self expression.
