i've been trying to learn french for 9 years. trying to learn all the verbs and meanings of the individual verbs. i just can't do it. i don't have a large enough memory to be able to remember it all.

Well, Its a struggle to for me. I am studying it for college and I love the language but getting fluent takes practice. Anyways, what are you studying in college?

can we switch places? i'd do anything to not be forced to learn the quebecois bastardized language. i'd rather learn france french which is much different.
& I'm in a fine arts program. very fun and I learn a lot.

So French canadian is that different. I knew that there were differences but I thought that the two were similar. European French is the non-bastarized one yes.

yes, the european one is the real french. the quebecois is bastardized and dying. don't really see why we haven't given up on it yet ahaha.
