# About me
Theorizing that one could time travel within his own lifetime, Dr. Sam Beckett led an elite group of scientists into the desert to develop a top-secret project known as Quantum Leap. Pressured to prove his theories or lose funding, Dr. Beckett prematurely stepped into the project accelerator, and vanished.
He awoke to find himself in the past, suffering from partial amnesia and facing a mirror image that was not his own. Fortunately, contact with his own time was maintained through brain-wave transmissions with Al, the project observer, who appears in the form of a hologram, that only Dr. Beckett can see and hear. Trapped in the past, Dr. Beckett finds himself leaping from life to life, putting things right that once went wrong, and hoping each time that his next leap will be the leap home.

Yay! There really is a group for this show! I was watching some episodes and got flashbacks to childhood. QL was what got me fascinated with history. I was writing fanfics of episodes before I knew what "fanfics" were, LOL!

He~y, a Quantum Leap club, coolness!
I've only been watching the show a little while on ION Television...probably a few months of not-so-regular-but-getting-moreso viewing..so I'm no expert, but I do like the show. xD
I wonder if anyone here would be able to answer a question...
The song that played on the violin in the episode where Sam leaped into Lee Harvey Oswald and Sam had to slit his wrists...what song was that? I saw that episode the day before yesterday and I still haven't been able to find out.

Imdb (www.imdb.com) mentions 'Suite From Lee Harvey Oswald' by Velton Ray Bunch, and it's on the show's soundtrack cd, I think - but I haven't watched in ages either, so I don't know if that's the one...

I'm so glad people are continuing to discover Quantum Leap.
I have no idea what song that is. It's been a while since I saw that episode myself.

Always safer to assume sir, since most guys would be terribly offended at being labeled "madam".
But duly noted.

Hullo. I'm a fan of Quantum Leap since I was like 7 years old. Me and my two sisters used to watch it everyday (yes, everyday, since here in Mexico shows are broadcasted that way, from Monady to Friday). I would like to join the club and my aim in life is to be a leaper and fix peopleΒ΄s lifes
