I do it with MS Paint. It can be done with other things like Photoshop though if you wanted to.

Dear Prutle-Patrick,
I noticed that you had Pokemon Mutations/Fusions in your portfolio and I couldn't help but admire them. Like you, I also do Pokemon Mutations/Fusions, but they were recently removed from my account due to "copyright infringement." I see that your artwork has been around for some time, so I was wondering if there were any special procedures that I needed to go through before submitting my art.

Well first off, I thank you for 'watching me'. It's nice to hear compliments on my work.
I find it pretty ridiculous to hear that your work was taken down. I don't see why they should be taken down. Did you just put up a normal sprite not fused or edit? That is the only way that would make sense to me for them taking down anything.
As far as procedures, I do not recall doing anything special. I just submitted them.

My mutations were always fused between three or more sprites and most were recolored as well; I never posted the originals. Thanks for your input, I might just go straight to an admin about this.
