Heh, schools now and days can be a real pain. Mainly because the teachers aren't being paid enough and in turn take it out on students. Just ride it out and things will be fine. As for the buses, not sure what they are doing to them, but that doesn't sound really good.
Ahh... Well, never mind about it, then. 
Your school doesn't have an art class? That's no good... Every school I been through had some form of art classes. It's a needed subject if you plan on either being a painter/graphic designer or being an actor/director. Not to mention those classes are possibly the best classes to have in school. As for your friend, not sure what to say about her... xD
