Oh my god. You're so supportive and we don't even know each other. The only problem for me is that my voice is a bit monotonous, so either I'll have to voice a boring or quiet character, or I work on my speech. Those two also suggested taking acting and drama. I've never been one for the stage, but heck, if I want to do that, then I must do what I must to be good.

truthfully, i don't think it matters how a persons voice sounds cause the one who's talking hears it different from other people. Like for my self i feel like i have a some what deep voice but my friends tell me it's not.Β
you know who did the voice of Timmy Turner? she also did the voice for Raven, Ben 10, and Twilight Sparkle. all of those characters have different sounding voices and yet they all come from the same person (Tara Strong).
with the whole acting and drama thing, i would start out small like try just doing a small speech in front of your friends or whatever. then do something a little harder. 2 years ago i made the mistake of being a narrator for a hour long play when i had never even acted before.

First one I was trying a passive villain who freaks out if certain things are said. That didn't work too well.
Next I was thinking I could attempt a more ominous character. (like most of the black magic users are)

interesting..... i find that calm characters are easier to voice but that may only be me.
Oh! a thing you should try and work on are strong emotions of a person. No character is gunna be happy all the time. like try doing different screams or types of crying.

I actually did try a couple screams for the first character, but that resulted in failure.
Either I'm going to need to keep practicing, or I need to wait for my voice to gain some more...umph. (as most actors are in their early to late 30s)
