Thanks! It was my grandfather's before he passed away.

Unfortunately it's out-of-comission for a little while until I can find replacement batteries. I made [link] but 9v batteries don't supply enough current for the model I have so I'm stuck using the D40 and nikkor until I save up enough money to buy new ones.

What kind does it use? I wasn't aware that Hassies had special batteries.

They apparently outsourced a company to make their own, I don't think batteries at the time supplied enough current (hence the 9v not working for me). I’m stuck purchasing two [link] though I might just buy generic [link] since they are immensely cheaper.

I personally don't think I have a very good galley. I just like pointing out problems when I see them, and don't worry, I have no idea how to critique drawings.
