Hiya! Gimme a link of the character? My advice to everyone would be don't bite off more than you can chew. If your handy with a sewing machine, then by all means, find a pattern/improvise, but if not, there is nothing wrong with altering clothes you already have/can find cheaply! I can help you out a little more when you give me a link

Ah ok! I would suggest definitely buying all the fabric at once, I know, some people don't and it all looks the wrong colour. I have to say, I'm not the best person to talk to about something like this, it would be best to talk to someone with experience in fur suits unless you are looking to do something a little more realistic?

If your going to do it as the cartoon, maybe try making a frame out of plastic...I would think something like..plumbing pipes for it to be sturdy. Then maybe some chicken wire/steal wire for the shape then cover with the fur?

As for the zip, google "Kingdom Hearts II zips", they would be the best people to try for oversized zips.

Well i have a sketch of the outfit i was planing. I was going to go a bit more realistic. With like a green shirt. Black pants, Green socks, Black shoes, Black gloves, And a head band i've already made. I'ma take your advice on the zipper.

Yes. As long as Sirius is IN the picture somewhere, it'll be fine. Of course there are other rules, like you said, but for the most part it will be accepted!

I have to say, there are very few Luxords I see pictures of and aprove...You however...I LOVE your Lux. My net is being slow as fuck right now and I have only seen the first shot, but I'll go through the gallery tomorrow and I'm sure I'll fave a few. AWESOME!! <3
