hello! Welcome to deviant art! You definatly have the basics done ( editing your profile , uploading deviations ect. Next thing I would sugeest is making some friends and getting your art out there ! I would definatly recomend trying to make your page maybe a little more friendl so beople want to be your friend? 
One thing I would chect out is the chats and the fourms.

chats of course would be for imediate response and fourms for longer , drawn out things or things you don't need an imediate response to.
