Seeing how things are going I might as well say No. Sorry to dissapoint you, I'm not discontinuing it overall but theres no plans for Hetalia International on the near future, reception was very low and the process of creating them is actually very slow. I know you were one of the most avid followers of the series so I might just release some WIP screenshots I had of the cards back in the day. 

I hope you understand this pal, sometimes it happens :/.

Yes, an "art commission" is when you request something in exchange for money. I don't have an official art commission sheet or something right now, but we can arrange something in private (Notes).

I know I've been very inactive, sorry, but Hetalia international is still on hold, I just can't keep my whole time on it, I might return to it eventually but It's not my priority. I don't think of blocking you or anything , however I think you have been a bit of pressure with continuing Hetalia, I sure like the support for this series of cards and how much you like it! thanks, but sometimes just pressuring someone else is not the best way to support.

Hope you understand, and be more patient, I might even release this series not as cardsets anymore but as individual cards, who knows. Have a nice day!

Canada IS indeed in the next set, it's the first one of the set, however, I have been very busy and haven't gotten to do it yet, it's in lineart state at this moment.
It might come late summer, sorry ...
