sorry for the late response, I was on vacation, any way, the sand eels are supposed to be ground water, but if you want them to simply be ground because the chosen habitat is not the ocean floor but instead the desert. first evo is acheived at level 26, second at 42

had some school work to-do got delayed, the front sprite is completely done, however, just that the back one is being a bitch, and I cant get it to look right (sorta do at the moment, but then theres the position of the crystals, (which by the way are too color full for a normal Pokemon sprite, though I kept the colors any way) If you want for the time being I could send you the front sprite I have done right now. I'll see if I can get the back done tonight, but no promises
