Excuse me, but you need to take down the Luna art that is offered for sale in your gallery. Regardless of if you did the art, the concepts themselves do not belong to you and you cannot sell them. Moreover, Malis' art is done on a base -I- created, meaning you are thereby, in addition, stealing artwork -I- created.Β

This means that I, as the sole original artist of this work, do in fact have full legal rights to sell and create reproductions, alterations, andΒ derivative works.
Before you so flippantly slander me as an art thief consider the gravity of your accusations and grossΒ misrepresentationΒ with which you are libeling me. I encourage you to present evidence to support this accusation through the proper channels and in a manner cogent with the forumΒ guidelines. That means contacting the DA helpdesk and opening a ticket.Β

You are absolutely, 100%, correct. As I've never claimed any rights to anyone else's character, I don't see how this is relevant. I do, however, own the rights to the art I created.
What you're claiming is tantamount to libel and I implore you to speak to a legal profession or atleast gather even a cursory understanding of copyright laws before you decide to continue this conversation through the appropriate channels.

Certainly no problem at all. You have some seriouse colouring skills. You're drawing skills arn't bad either but it does look like you could use a little bit of practice on your proportion and perspective (most noticably in your recent Sakura fan picture). You have a lot of cool stuff;I can't wait to see more. ^_^

Yeah, I've always tried to stay away from colour if at all possible. It makes it rather difficult to colour well when you can't really see colour XD.
