hi- and how to upload pictures?

well if you have an art program like paint psp, photoshop or something you can scan pictures you drawin from there or create them in the program- from there you save it as a JPeg. file and then on your d.a. profile you can click upload a deviation and then you just follow the instructions on the page from there- good luck
