he did a cleaning of the forum, all the accounts who didnt post in a while got deleted I suppose...pms do not count. *gives a hug* hm... I can see two possibilities 1. make a new one and post and maybe try to rp there or just post and hang around.
2. I can move the rps on here.

My tips for advertising a forum would be:
- Post in as many places as humanly possible. The more people that see your site, read about your site, the more people will start talking to one another about your site. 
- Try to start conversations with members on here about your site to get them interested instead of just stuffing it in their face. People react better to kindness and offering of friendship instead of just muling around for new members.
- Create nice ads that showcase your site name, link and maybe some general information about what your site is all about. I have a graphics member on my site that does most of that work for me.

Those would be my main suggestions. Its a lot of work, so I would suggest getting someone else to help you with advertising your forum

Yes ma'am. It's hard work and you really have to keep up with it if you want results. But each time a new member registers for your forum, its a pat on the back. At least for me thats how it feels I wish I could extend a hand to help you, but sadly I already have enough on my plate. Perhaps I could help by adding your site to my affiliation section on my sidebar and you could do the same for me? That would help one another out, I am sure

Ah thanks for the offer but sadly I am not the admin of the board. And we dont have that section yet.  I have to bug him to make one. Then maybe I would take the offer. 

And I was happy when I got members to sing up just has to hope the mebers actually stay for a bit. But thats how it works atrach  10 and maybe one will stay and thats great number ^^

I know! It makes me sad sometimes when people use the cbox but don't post any roleplays to the site. Or when I go away for the weekends, no one really talks between one another. I am trying to encourage staff and members to become more active again. I know! I love seeing new posts! It makes me happy that my time, effort and money are going to good use. :3

Or plan rps and never start it up. Making it feel really good and interesting and exited but shy away  out of blue never thinking its time to start it yet making the idea die out. 

Well, I am guilty of loving complicate rp set ups. Spinning something new in the classic rp. Like having a master character who send private messages that are the ''letters'' that were send in character. Or a Bingo rp where one would sing up and then get some characteristic of their character rolled for them while they make the rest of profiles themself. You know like get age gender and birthplace rolled and your job and the rest you make it.

Such rps are hard to get people interested in. And if its just a open world where the characters have to make their own stories people either cluster or get lost along the way. *sigh* making things die if only one person drops out.

And I know the feeling I at times feel like I am talking to myself when I post in threads. I dont like chat because of my own timezone I miss most things.

I completely agree. I like roleplays that are out of the norm. I like when there are plot twists and things like you have mentioned. It makes the roleplay that much more exciting. And I agree, having open world roleplays where anything goes normally doesn't work out. The RP creator has to have a plotline set up where everyone can be involved and keep going, even if all of the characters are not together. I just wish I could get members on my site to step up and make roleplays with people they never posted with or chat in the chatbox when I am not around. I know that meeting new people is hard, but sometimes I wish they would just jump right into conversation. Ahhh, the troubles of being on a roleplaying forum hehe.

Ah, I have been fine, and have got nice summer so far, I'm going to other town for convention tomorrow and I've got interested to read Ranma and Yugioh, even tho I read rarely manga or even watch anime, but I've advanced with Lady Oscar episodes too, this is truly The Rose of Versailles to look at. ^^
and I still think that APH and Yugotalia have interest me purely even I don't join to them, when my interests to both in my head make it already. :d

Aww so cool you gotta go to a convention!
I was on a semivacation the last week, and ion sunday I am traveling to  mountin, hopefully to nicely relaxs.
I myself stopped to follow most magas I read before. I am now only on one piece, the gamer, and occasionally black battler.
My studies are going nicely. I managed to secure that I get on the budged, so I am really happy about it.
My grandma is fine too, a bit stressed because of some administration work, but I belive everything will turn fine ^^
