The font is called Chixat 8. Great you are liking it. Its one of my favorite pixel fonts.

thank you for commenting in that manner. i like people expresing what they dont like rather than just acting that they love something. overarly the design is simple and the font aswell, the "t" has a weird baseline so i had to kern it this way, clearly it could come closer from both sides but i thought it is better this way

No worries mate I try to make my comments constructive if I can. I completely understand where you are coming from on the kerning issue had a few things like that when I used to do logos. Nonetheless it is a well designed logo and the presentation is done is a very professional manner.
