No problem! I'm always glad to help other deviants get exposure and critique (especially the latter; it's so elusive!). It took me a while to find good groups, so I know how it feels. Have you tried going to the 'More' button at the top of the page, selecting 'Groups', then typing literature or writing in the search box? You can also ask the admins of the groups I've suggested for other groups to join or look at their affiliates section for ideas. Hope this helps!

Agreed, it's really hard. Plus it's even harder because a lot of people who give good critiques tend to get warn down by all the angry people who aren't posting to get critique as much as just attention.

Very true. I haven't really been active in a few years on here and maybe it was more the people I was around. Yeah FF.net has... not great people in it lol. I usually don't even bother to comment or anything anymore. I just read quietly.

It is excruciatingly difficult for me to find anything good to read there anymore. I think my writing skills have far exceeded that of 90% of the people there.

Haha, I think so for sure. I've found like one or two stories on there that I like but I usually use it for laughs now.

I think I've got it. I had a DA account ages ago, opened it about 10 years ago, but I never really did anything with it. This time I'm gonna try to join some groups and really give my writing a go. I never stopped writing I just stopped sharing. Time to fix that!
