it.is.AMAZING it uses vectors to paint, and it's only 65 bucks, and they said for the most part many of their updates will be free. There's a 15 day free trial.
Also there's freeware called kritaΒ krita.org/ which i haven't tried yet, but looks really promising. Thanks for all the favorites : o
