Actually it is, since there's no lack of talent in Teff's art whatsoever. You on the other hand, lack talent.
Your art reminds me of what people do their first time trying acrylic paint in there 9th grade classroom. It's mediocre at best. It required SOME talent, but isn't something that takes long to achieve.
However, someone who draws cartoon illustrations usually do a lot of practicing with their style so they can tweak it around and try different techniques. Of course, I don't doubt you do this either, but you must understand that, again, with different styles of art come different talents. This argument was about your friend calling Teff untalented, or so I have heard.
Also, just to mention, prior to hearing about this, I didn't even know who Teff was, I just find ego maniacs incredibly annoying when they pick on others who are actually decent.
So in closing, every art style requires different talents, every artist is talented to a certain degree and simply calling them "untalented" is equating them to a 3 year olds scribble sketches.

I love how you decide to attack my art because of this situation, completely ignoring what I've said earlier about each having his own style.
The main difference between me and you is, I could care less about how good my art looks to others, as impressing others is the least of my worries. You on the other hand, rely on undermining others to make yourself seem like a great fucking artist, when in reality you're pretty mediocre.
One thing I can assume that we have in common, is that certain people like our stuff. People watch me, and people watch you. And if you didn't know, a majority of my watchers, I barely even know. I wish I could say the same about you, but I have no clue who's in your watch list, so I can't make an accurate guess. Preference is not to be confused with talent, I don't know how you got these two confused, but you really need to get some shit worked out in that head of yours if you keep thinking like this.
Also, if I may add
If you drew like me when you were 5 years old, you must've been one talented 5 year old by normal standards. A normal 5 year old wouldn't be able to do some of the intricate designs I put in my work, and if he was able, he would be immediately recognized.

Since you decided to ignore this and not make sense of it, I'll make sense of it for you.
it basically means I could care less about the impact of my art on the population, and I couldn't care about my status as an artist, which in turn makes me not care if I'm good or not in the eyes of others. I don't think I'm good, I think I can improve a lot and I try my hardest to keep improving. Never have I once said that I thought I was good, so your statement is vastly invalid.
And yes, you are "mediocre", so are a lot of people. There's definitely nothing about you that makes you stand out as an artist.

Well to be fair, your friend went and attacked someones art, on a poll.
That seems pretty pathetic right there, not to also mention that neither sides of the argument are THAT good, so they're in no position to be insulting each others artwork.
I only attacked your artwork and her artwork on the grounds that she has attacked someone else's art for no reason, so I did the same. A fairly simple tactic, and it seems it has no affect on either of you since you believe everyone is only bothering you because we're "her lapdogs" or her "journal slaves". So seriously, if you're going to call someone untalented and insult their work when your own work isn't even that great, you're in no position to say anything. And even if you're in a position to do so, it's nicer to give them some constructive criticism instead of outright bashing them, which in turn only shows that you have nothing against this person and are only doing this for personal gain.
