No, not all of it comes from personal experiences. It may start from a situation or something someone says to me may spark an idea. But all of the things in my poetry involve a situation I was in. If that makes any sense?

it's more like, I'll be in a situation or reading a book or watching a movie or just sitting somewhere listening to something and I'll get an image or scene that just pops into my head. From there, I'll just let my imagination and inspiration take the wheel and I just write what I see/feel. I don't know if that makes it anymore understandable?

actually that makes perfect sense. thats what happens with me. it kinnda like forms in your head! but with me if i dont write it down fast enough it leaves my brain..
