Hi WizzKid97, to answer your question, in my case I emailed the Beano editor a couple of Billy the Cat pages I reworked from an old strip from the 70's, along with a brief letter about myself and past work and it went from there really. I was offered General Jumbo.

Best advice I can offer is keep doing loads of drawing and if you can get some stuff published in fanzines or on the web for free that would be a good move.

I've realised you have a character coming up in tthe Dandy and I was wondering how you can get noticed by these companies.... Could you let me know... I'm only a early teenager but I really want to work for comic companies when I'm older.
