hi! in your blacklist journal on GenderFurry you have me listed as being homophobic and defending a homophobe.
while i'm glad you take an interest in protecting gay rights, you're labeling me as a bad guy when I simply am not.
first of all, i've dated another girl for over a year, and for a substantial amount of time i've identified as gay. so I really can't be homophobic, and if i came off that way, it was surely a misunderstanding.
second of all, i'm assuming this is in reference to this conversation:

however, you can clearly see that the only context of the situation that I had was what you said, and your claims clearly had nothing to do with homosexuals or gay people.
i know you're trying to do the right thing, but i have multiple transgender friends and gay friends as well, and the way that you're perpetuating the "fake genders" mentality (basically, trying to validate made up genders that have no grounds in scientific evidence or reasoning and trying to claim those who dont respect it to be "transphobic" or "toxic") is actually harmful to the transgender community, in both the eyes of my trans friends and in my own.
i think it's great that you were trying to stick up for your beliefs; at the end of the day, everyone has different beliefs. however, you cannot go through life demonizing people who you disagree with, and labeling them as homophobes or transphobes merely because they disagree with the tumblr mentality. i am not homophobic, saying that you "sexually identify as a panini sandwich" (an obvious joke which really seems impossible of hurting anyone) is not evil.
you have the rights to your own opinions but you have no right telling random strangers that I, a person of the LGBT+ community, am homophobic simply because you want to. i'd like to urge you to please take down the journal and reconsider each member on the blacklist. I'm not sure about anyone else on the journal, but I know for one that the things being said about me are surely false, so it seems likely that some of the other claims in the journal are exaggerated too.
please consider my words and respect my opinion as a human being.

Oh my gosh, I am so sorry, I completely misread what you had put and I am incredibly sorry for that, I hope you can forgive me. I have autism, so sometimes I can't tell the context of what is being said or sarcasm for that matter. I was already having a bit of a bad day and I think I interpreted what you put as homophobic (wrong, I know, I'm sorry). I now know that you are not and I am completely in the wrong here. I thought you were the kind of person who spams 'i identify as -insert inanimate object here-' like the other user in that conversation. I was using homophobic quite liberally, as in, referencing all of LGBTQ+. That was a mistake too since I didn't know the term. I can appreciate how you feel being called homophobic when you are homosexual yourself and I can see how upset you might be. I just want to say sorry from the bottom of my heart for any trouble or sadness I may have caused you.
As for the 'fake genders' I know there's a lot of debate out that, but the way I see it is as this: We have the 'main' labels of LBBTQIA which are pretty much accepted as 'real' by pretty much of the LGBT community, and then we have the 'fake' genders as well, as you put it. I don't see the genders as fake, however using myself as an example, I differ from the view which I infer most other who defend the fake genders have. So I am Pansexual, which is one of the 'main' labels'. I am also non binary. Now here's where the 'fake' genders come in. The term non binary is great and all, as it says that I am not in the binary, but, my gender is more complicated than that (I made 2 massive journals on my own identity alone). So I feel a mix of male, female, neutral and other in my gender. I feel mostly female but I often feel male too or neutral or none. That is what I experience and so I also identify as 'ergender' which is a sub-gender of non-binary. 'ergender' and anything else you might think of as a 'fake' gender is actually often a real gender, it's just very specific and obscure that to some, it seems unnecessary, but to me it helps me understand exactly what my gender is. I Obviously there are trolls who make up genders for no reason which hurts non-binary people like me who use these 'fake' genders to help understand ourselves better and pinpoint exactly who we are. Its hurtful when people say that if I defend 'fake' genders that I'm hurting trans people, when I'm absolutely not. I'm only using an obscure term, why is it a problem? I can see how to cis and straight people that people using 'fake' or obscure terms might make Trans and LGBT as a whole look really silly, bu that's their ingrained assumption, the transphobes are the problem, not people using terms which transphobes use to attack trans people who have nothing to do with the people using the terms.
As a note, I do not use tumblr but I am aware that is where lots of 'fake' obscure terms originate from, and I keep that in mind and I am aware of some which are just trolls. I will definitely take down you from the list but the others have verbally abused me and have been bullying another user to the point of extreme anxiety. This I have hard evidence for and maybe one of the reasons I blacklisted you was because I perceived that you were defending someone who has been so hateful and so abusive to me that I automatically blacklisted you, without a reason t, as I now know and deeply regret. I hope you can understand my point of view in this.

btw, just to clarify;
just because disrespecting someone who is nonbinary isnt inherently transphobic, i dont think its okay. its still technically hurting someones feelings which isnt justified, and if it makes them comfortable then they should be able to identify as what they want, provided they go about it in the right way

I suppose we both jumped the gun a little bit. I’m glad you understand I’m not a tumbler sjw, those people do give non binary people a bad name. At the end of the day humans being horrible to other humans is not okay, and this guy was being horrible to another user. Thank you for understanding what I said too, I’m sometimes not the clearest in my writing.

also what you choose to identify as is your own business and you're entitled to that so as long as you aren't being actively harmful to the trans community its fine by me. i think i mostly reacted to the gender thing because there have been a lot of cases where person A tries to label person B as "transphobic", just because person B didn't respect "xim/xer" pronouns or something like that. that itself cannot be transphobic, as someone must have gender dysphoria to be transgender, and scientifically a person cannot have gender dysphoria that causes them to yearn to be a gender that does not biologically exist. identifying as nonbinary is not a problem to me, but i was worried you might be doing something similar to some other people by claiming transphobia where it logically does not exist.
i really dont have a problem with nb people!! i believe that many genders that fall under the category of nonbinary seem a bit iffy, because it kind of feels like everybody makes up an oddly specific gender for themselves. i personally believe that gender has less to do with specific personality traits and more to do with your identity as a whole. looking at it logically, there is nothing wrong with nonbinary itself, but i kind of trained my brain to be opposed to the more resentful members of the nonbinary community (basically the extremist tumblr SJWs haha) and i kind of act impulsively whenever i think i may have detected that sort of toxicity. i sort of jumped the gun on that one, so im sorry.
btw i think its fine to block anybody you want if they make you feel bad, but i have a slight problem with public blacklisting because it seems a bit extra, and kind of leans more towards "callout post", ya know? but it is your decision and i'll respect what you choose to do.
ps. i totally understand. i think the "i identify as -random object-" humor is kind of annoying and at this point its just been beat to death. i can see why you would have assumed i was supporting that mentality haha
