Yeah, we should- I've just not been on dA much lately. Anxiety/OCD has been especially bad, though luckily I have a counseling thing (For the first time) on Thursday. I'm seriously hoping it'll help.

It's more of therapy- I'm willing to try anything now. It's getting so bad I don't sleep (and stay up all night having constant panic attacks, so).

A lot of crap, to be honest. I have the OCD (and likely a more broad anxiety disorder) which makes me freak out over everything. Including my teeth (Yes, that sounds ridiculous). I'm afraid all the time that because they hurt/feel funny, they'll fall out. I go to the orthodontist every month, the dentist every six months- I have braces and rubber bands. Of course they're going to hurt. Butno, my head won't acknowledge that. I'm also afraid of Supernatural things (though I do not believe in them). I hate night- night always seems to make everything worse, and that's always when I have the attacks.

Emotional breakdowns suck. //hug
