No problem! I think that you may want to check out some pictures of horses with halters and see how they lay on the face. While your horse is rendered well, I think that the halter lays flat and feels a little out of place. Halters aren't generally stable when the horse is in motion (unless fitted tightly) so you usually see some kind of bounce/movement, even if it's the clip part. I'd also like to see a little less realism in the background if you're going to make a cartoon rendering of the horse. The background is lovely, and I actually really like some of the detail that you've achieved in it, but I would say that the flat colors on your horse clashes with that. Maybe adding some shading to your horse would even out the balance. It looks like you went with flat colors to avoid the piece being too busy (which is actually a nice decision) but maybe adding a little less detail to the background and more detail to your subject will shift the focus to where you want it. Right now I notice the horse because he is in front, but then my eye loses him and I start focusing on the background details. You've also added the shadows to the background but not to the horse. Shading the horse will really help the piece as a whole.
Hopefully that helped! Let me know if you have any questions or want me to explain myself more on something.
