One thing I noticed about your style is that it is still somewhat flat. You have an interesting imagination and eye for creativity which can be cultivated in due time. What I suggest is picking up more art study guides and spending time focusing on your basic construction skills. Learn construction, structure, and proportion and the rest will come together. You have a basic understanding of anatomy but a more advanced study will do you some real good.
Also you can make the folds in your clothing much more dynamic as well. I am noticing that your most basic problem is structure. Like I was saying, study structure and basic drawing. Every object you draw is supposed to be a 3-dimensional object in deep space. Objects have sides to them, front, left, right, top, bottom, and the space in between. The space in between is a concept known as "drawing through" an object.
You ideally want to get this down pact. When you study art art is about form and structure. I believe that you have the potential to become a truly great artist. You just have to dedicate yourself more to basic studies. Spend some time doing that and your skills will improve rapidly as you go. I would suggest structure and construction as your primary skills that you want to focus on. That should be a good start from there. When you've mastered your basic shapes, you can spend a lot of time on your proportion charts.

Oh my O_O I will so do that X3 thank you for the advice, this is just what I was looking for ^^ I'll try to work on it more, but most of the time I'm just trying to give myself a challenge and when I spend too much time on a piece it gets on my nerves and then I stop liking it TwT it's depressing really, but I'll take your advice to heart =3 thank you!

Remember this piece of advice: the way you -start- a drawing is just as important as the way you -finish- a drawing. If you get yourself in a disciplined habit of always drawing in terms of construction skills you will be fine and well on your way. That is the best piece of advice I can give anybody really. Just keep at it, and stick to your drawing. You will be fine.

Oh I do appreciate that. I enjoy helping people out, its not a problem. Every artist starts off at a certain skill level and then develops from there depending on their level of dedication. Basically speaking draw a lot and you will improve quickly. The other issue is -WHAT- do you actually draw. As I was telling another DA artist earlier, work on your basic shapes and on your basic construction and structure skills. The rest will come together. Rendering (Shading) is not as important as basic structure and understanding the underlying shapes of every object you draw. I hope my humble words can help you out.
