Not really. It's simply most versions of Two-Face have a bit of a split personality between his evil and his good side or he's completely unstable. The Dark Knight version simply seemed depressed and vengeful. Nothing's really there after he becomes Two-face to show that he still has Harvey locked up inside him, or at least something comical about his new persona.
