okay. Xeno Darkcross Crazy Idea Number 1: Take a anthromized badass Komodo Dragon then put him in sapphire armor that's epic beyond compare. 

as for his body design, look to Star Trek's Gorn (particularity their 2013 video game looks) or Godzilla for inspiration; Tall, dark, scary, and buffy. 

and make sure he has wings! Big, huge demonic wings!
