sorry for the late reply. just had my last exam yesterday. now so free! i would be back in malaysia during summer, not sure if i can have the time to down more south then that, but i'll be sure to put australia in my to-visit-places list.
gaming a waste of time? dude, you're talking to me man. i'll never be done with gaming just yet. you used to play a lot too man. so far i have no need to learn how to use photoshop since i dont draw anymore, nor do i like taking pictures. but i will learn to use it someday since picture editing might come in handy. Man, thats gonna be sad if michail gets better at drawing than you. I dont understand how you can play games and not want to draw, when I see some of the artwork and ideas in games I just have to try and draw them. But whatever, do as u wish. Are there any cool new games or consoles?

i might get back into drawing, but as of now, i dont feel the need for it. i'm playing a lot of rpgs right now as i always do. i also just bought dead space which i will play when i'm brave enough. haha its freaking scary. when i went to vienna, me, max, sandy, peter and michail all played blazblue. an anime fighting game. its really awesome. have you gamed anything lately?

Yeah blaz is fun, dead space is alright aswell, its not scary at all man just frustrating cause theres never any ammo when you need it. I havnt played anything since I got to austrailia, dont think I will ever again unless at at a friends house or something

come on im sure weve played that together. I always play as arakune, yeah max is always gay like that but whatever.ff12 is awesome, maybe not as good as ff10 in terms of story (gets wierd at the end) but has a lot more playing time and better fighting system.
Ive made a few friends not many that I particularly like though. Im starting another graphic design and illustration course very soon, so hopefully ill get to meet more people.

Have we? i think we did but at that time i wasnt that good. now i'm quite good and my character of choice is Noel. michail uses arakune too. yeah i will start playing ff12 soon, i just finished a game called White Knight Chronicles and the gameplay is similar to ff12. the Knights in that game looks super super awesome!
aah cool, so you'll be a photoshop master soon eh? i tried using photoshop, but then i moved to mangastudio because i wanted to make mangas. stopped since i was so confused about layers and whatnot. and i dont really like using a tablet to draw. its hard and i'll probably sell it soon.

U has a tablet? man if u dont want it can i have it? Ive been looking for one everywhere. Yeah ive heard of white knight chronic, just looked like yet another jap rpg ff whanabe. But i havnt played it. Im playing neverwinter nights again, if ur looking for a good rpg (western style) then you should definatly try it. Its fairly old but has alot of content. One of my favorite games. Alot of people seem to like mangastudio, i think even sandy mentioned it to me, ill stick with photoshop though cause its what i know.

yeah white knight chronicles does look very much like an ordinary rpg. it is almost a ff12 clone but somehow i've grown attached to it so i bought a sequel. when i first played it, nothing really stands out but it gets better as it progresses. not award winning good, but still not too bad. yeah i know neverwinternights, it is quite old. but i rarely play american rpg i guess i much prefer asian rpgs. yeah photoshop is better than mangastudio since it has more functions, so stick to it. i would like to give you the tablet, but i think i've gotta sell it since i kinda need the money. things are getting really expensive here and its really hard to survive. good opportunity to lose weight i guess. hehehe

Sad face. Yeah, im having some money trouble aswell. I wanted to start a graphic design and illustration course on monday but i didnt have the money, Ive been running around for the few weeks trying to gather enough but couldnt. luckely my grandparents will give me a loan. So that will be good. How are you managing? got a job or anything?

Asian rpgs are ok, but there not true rpgs. I like to be able to customise everything and have thousdands of different items. Asian ones seem to have better stories, but there all like "this is your guy. this is your sword. go over there. kill that guy." I like to be able to do what I want in those sort of games, so for me NWN is the second best rpg ever.

Hey man, sorry for the late reply. been quite busy with assignments lately. hmm yeah i do like the wide range of customisable armor and equipment of western rpg. though white chronicles does change their clothing depending on what armor we put on and it shows during cutscenes. which is a cool bonus.

i'm playing a lot of street fighter iv recently. i might get the expansion pack with all 39 characters and stuff. just waiting for a cheap one to come up on ebay.

yeah i just finished paying for bills and i'm really short on cash. sigh, i hope i can survive until the end of the month. so when will you start your illustration course?

I started last wednessday. Already had a field trip to the beach, had to make sand sculptures as our first assignment so yeah its not bad. Im starting to draw on paper more now to try and get my skills back up, ive been using photoshop far too much.
I dont really like street fighter, dont know why though, I think there are far better fighting games. Even the Naruto game was better, but ive only played Street fighter twice.

hmmm i think its always best to draw on paper and edit on photoshop. but yeah it is easier to draw when you get the hang of using tablets and the editing programmes. just the practicing that sucks. how's your sand sculpture? take pics man and post em on facebook. i rarely see you online there. yeah i didnt like street fighter that much too, but i somehow can play with 1 character, ken. and i freaking owned. lol. but my housemates are starting to move towards blazblue now so its a nice change of pace. one of my housemates is using arakune and is really good at him. the other is using taokaka. i'm still sticking with noel.

Ah, well same here, I don't have time to travel, but maybe when im done studying. Graphic design is surprisingly difficult, Ive got so much homework to do. At least its not all bad, last week we had life drawing with a model, its good for practicing to draw fast. I've played deus ex before, I remember it being pretty good so I suppose the new one should be as well.

I started watching Game of Thrones this morning. only got to the 2nd episode and its amazing. i think you will like it too since its all medieval fantasy type setting.

I forgot about game of thrones, i stopped watching once the first season ended. Im watching DBZ kai atm. Its not great but at least its an excuse to watch dbz again. The only game i play now is fantasy online, and thats only because i have to design a new logo for it.

There are some good medieval series which i'm interested in. The Borgias is one, and its about a corrupted pope. I heard my brother mentioning The Tudors, Legend of the Seeker. not too sure what they're about but legend of the seeker has dragons in them. Also Merlin seems to be really good, even though its a bit low budget but increasing in quality now since a lot of people love it so much.
