My newborn group is specialised on high detailed military illustrations (traditional or digital drawings and paintings) and it will host only the finest deviations while gathering some of the most talented artists.

(A side note about "only the finest", as trained drawer and storyboard, I can tell by a first glance that a small part are amateurish. It's not an issue since your group is tightly focused).

many of them are amateurish but they depict units and aspects very rare here on da.

That makes sense. It's just that insiders of the group might pass that aspect whereas outsiders might not notice these rare aspects (like me) and see only the pictural quality at first.
