Thank You. Actually ~SuperInuYasha made the avatar. He used to post avatars by request but DA changed the avatar rules. He does still (to the best of my memory) take requests and e-mails them to whoever requests them though.

most likely. I'll tell him to check his notes. If you still want him to make one you'll have to send him a note with what kind of images you want and if you want text what you want written. He usually does it than will ask you to E-mail him and he'll reply with your avatar. He made the avatars for and as well as his clubs' and mine.
