If you have any questions or troubles, don't hesitate to contact the +help desk and have your question answered or your concern taken care of by a deviantART administrator. But I would recommend looking through the +faq s and find what you're looking for before asking an admin.

Be aware that the help desk can take some time before they can get to you, sometimes up to a month or more.

If you would like a question answered quicker, take your time to note the unofficial group #WelcomeTodANewUsers and have your question answered there (Please note that they aren't real deviantART staff and won't take requests of any troubles you might have with deviantART or its members).
