i follow a lot of headcanons from other people too but ive named and thought about a lot of patients in the prison block myself. at least, the part that miles wakes up in.
oh god but let me tell you about harlow have i told you about harlow. hes the one standing in the corner of his cell that has some blood on the wall and hes just like "father martin said we shouldnt hurt you,,," and he comes running after miles (not in a violent way) after he makes his way across the broken,, catwalk, thingy.
from what i can tell, at first he was trying to decide if he wanted to eat miles or not but later he decides he wanted to share 'food' instead and i just iodfjidojfg. unfortunately if you follow him back down he just kind of stands there are shivers by the guy whos like "you look like youve seen a ghost" but harlow's my baby ilh
most of the patients are my babies tho dont even ask me who my favorite character is its all the patients all of them
i dont know that that was really headcanon at all but ifjsifjJISDJFS i just had to remind you that this cutie exists ok--

mm. i was so confUSED when i came across dennis because i completely missed his file and the entire time i thought there really were meant to be four people but red barrels was either being lazy or kind to not send four different patients after you at once. i was also very frustrated because i couldnt find my way out of that area for anything sidjfsdf.
yeah i feel awful for eddie. i mean, he did awful things but he also had horrible stuff happen to him before then and i just sdiofjsidgjrdgjhfhk
