I use PS mostly... hmmm I'm not so great at coloring and you are. 

Maybe we could fixate a sketch and some lnes, then I spruce up the lines, and you color it? Or something like that. :o

oh god lets pass on the shiichan paint. i really don't like how my art looks on there anymore it makes me really frustrated.

and paint tool sai allows PS files so we could do it like that.
