"Halt! who goes there?" She commanded from the other with emotionlessness. Her eyes never left the other she always listened for any attack

Finals week had declined upon the college, and Stephen was out late to get a cup of coffee before studying. Normally he wouldn't double think that action, but with a gun aimed towards him that was different. "I'm just trying to get back to my dorms, just put down the weapon before anyone gets hurt." Of course, he could defend himself sorta came with the job profession but yet. "If this is a robbery, I don't have that much on me."

anyone gets hurt, she glared at the other she might have laughed if she wasn't the person she was. "No, I'm not a robber. I just expected someone else" Β the walls behind were blasted to pieces around her expect for her spot. it had been a while since anyone that was dressed like her target showed up so she figured she had best get moving. "You should respect others a little more. I wouldn't feel a thing if i fired right now"

Stephen couldn't help but sigh in relief, visibly being releaved at that fact. "Ah, well then that makes a bit of sense. It is a decently sized city we are in here." I feel bad for the person who those guns are actually aimed for though. He pulled up the collar of his jacket, before instinctively placing a hand over the hidden amulet. "I wouldn't suggest that as an option, there always is another answer then violence.

"I just wanted you to understand i'm not a little girl" she still glared at the other as she spoke coldly. She then packed her things and lowered her firearm. "In the war zone, violence is the only language spoken... I wouldn't they chose the life of crime and someone paid me to end that new life" she stood up and lower her gun. "can you tell me what time it is? I'd like to at least get a drink..." Mukuro couldn't help but feel at least parched. it seemed like only a day went by without a drink.Β

"Of course you aren't a little girl." Stephen replied with slight humorous tone, a normal reaction to him feeling stress. He sighed softly out of relief as the firearm was lowered, before letting go of the amulet that was hidden under a shirt. "The world isn't a war zone, at least not the entirety. There are always people ready to fight for humanity though, you have so much of your life ahead of you but yet you are here. I would hope you didn't choose this...living willingly." What time even is it? Heavens, I have no idea. He paused for a moment, before pulling out his phone. "2:20 am, why go out for a drink this late though? Unless you plan on pulling a whole all nighter." Like me.

"I did and I didn't have much of a choice..." Her mind flashes back to living homeless with her sister in what almost seemed like a urban war zone. She only gives a heavy sigh. "It was either give up or fight... And I became the best of the best at fighting ..." She didn't know what to really say. She's just not the talkative type
"I've stayed up most of the night..." She rather tries to hide her quiet yawn from the other. "If you have something I'd sure but from you" maybe this fellow did seem trustworthy if not the social type.

Stephen couldn't help replied, but then doing what he did, it seemed rather contradictory. Even though I technically didn't start till I was 21 so a little bit better. He raised an eyebrow slightly at the clear attempt to hide any sides of exhaustion, but decided to ignore it. "Are you planning on just wandering around here? I highly doubt the alleyways or heavens, even the sidewalks are safe around this time of night. Obviously you can capable of handling what would likely show up, but that point aside."Β
